On gross inflows, the Governor said the state received the sum of N10.4 billion from FAAC.
Governor Dickson noted that the state recieved N961 million as internally generated revenue for April, funds from other sources stood at N4.5 billion while refund of local government salary bailout was N16.3 million bringing the total receipts after FAAC deductions to N15.9 billion.
On outflows, Governor Dickson said the state government made total payment of N7.8 billion excluding capital and recurrent expenditures.
Some of the expenditure components include, bank loans and contractual guarantees N3.3 billion, salary grant to tertiary institutions N695 million, salaries for civil servants for May N2.9 billion, while that of political appointees came up to N457.4 million.
He explained that recurrent payments for May stood at N3.7 billion while that of capital expenditure was N2.9 billion, which amounted to N6.6 billion leaving a balance of N1.42 billion.
Governor Dickson also noted that the balance brought forward from the month of April came up to N2.2 billion.
Responding to questions on the challenges of power supply in the state, the governor said it was a nationwide problem, adding that efforts by the state government to provide power had been scuttled at the national level.
